Adrienne Autumnbrook

Adrienne was born in Stormwind to the Autumnsky family, a very minor Lordaeron noble line. She had a fairly sheltered childhood, and only really got her independence after joining the mage academy when she was eighteen. It wasn't long after that she arrived at Dalaran and joined the Kirin Tor as an Apprentice, graduating after a few years.During this time she also took part time work as a model, and became a singer in the girl band AKAAnd most importantly, she met up with Aranict Rushbrook, who'd soon enough become her partner, and then wife, now Adrienne Autumnbrook. They've been together through thick and thin, surviving the fall of Dalaran, and being determined to not let them lose hope over the dark events that transpired.
Aranict Autumnbrook

Born to a farmer's family in what would eventually become Duskwood, Aranict Rushbrook was a bright and ferociously intelligent girl. Her childhood was filled with chores, and homeschooling by her hedgemage mother, all in the hopes that eventually she might rise about her modest means and make a name for herself in the world. At 13 she joined the Stormwind Academy of Magical Sciences, and worked her way through till at 17 she joined the Stormwind Legions as a Portal Mage.Eventually, following being turned into a Worgen by her sister, a period of time as a feral, and having her heart shattered holding open an evacuation portal from the burning of the worldtree Teldrassil, she left the Stormwind Legions - eventually finding her way to Dalaran.Joining the Kirin Tor Intelligence Agency, she met her now wife, the love of her life, Adrienne Autumnsky. Rising quickly through the ranks, she was made Commander of the military wing of the Agency, and subsequently married Adrienne, becoming Aranict Autumnbrook. They've been together through thick and thin, surviving the fall of Dalaran, and remain determined not to let eachother lose hope over the dark events that transpired.

Danielle and Salindara - Anchorites of the Light
Our content main characters, on whom we most often do Mythic dungeons and Raiding. Each season we aim to get to either 2500 or 3000 rating, then often get art of our favourite (or least favourite!) bosses or encounters from that season. We also roleplay them on occasion, and Danielle was at one point Adrie's main roleplay character of choice.Danielle is an Anchorite, and Salindara is her enthusiastic apprentice.
Characters of the Commonwealth
Taliyah and Tairi Kishara
Taliyah led the Commonwealth into a period of rebellion against the corruptive forces of commerce and greed that had overtaken it, choosing to sacrifice the lives of so many in the persuit of what she called a 'single act of compassion'. She thought she alone would have to bear witness to these acts, but Tairi showed her otherwiseTairi was the creator of the elusive realm known only as the 'Refuge', a hidden oasis where those who seek shelter and safety will find it. Her actions and philosophies during Taliyah's rebellion shaped the Commonwealth for years to come.
Akuro
Akuro is the archetype of Dreaming, one of the oldest creatures in all the fae or material realms. She remains a playful creature, inquisitive, easily amused, and always friendly to those who show her kindness. She takes the form of a pale wolf in the mask of a ram, to match her brother - a ram in the mask of a wolf, who represents Dying. Her name means 'silver' in Linear-B, and she doubles up as Aranict (the player)'s fursona.
Anara
Nimue's mysterious yet playful handmaiden, Anara is said to be one of the most powerful swordswomen of the Fae, although she so rarely uses it. Instead, she prefers to sing, perform and prod at people instead, and nudge them to a spot they'd be their best selves at.Even fewer would know her to be the Archetype of Song, the very first song bird of the realms, and one of the oldest beings of the world.
Miya
Miya is an enigma. The strange little creature at the heart of so much that happens in the Commonwealth, she remains an often infuriating mystery, simply happy to point people in the right direction all whilst endlessly chatting about one thing or another.Originally thought to be a tiefling, it has become clear she is anything but: once the Dragon of Frost, she is now perhaps something more - or indeed, less.Perhaps only one thing is for certain: she truly enjoys backava.

The Avonbrook Family
Assorted Wowrp characters
Griselle 'Gray' Hallowford
A young and determined Lamplighter, of the Hallowfall Arathi, Gray is a pillar of her local community. Her main role is the collection of Tinderboxes from her fallen comrades, that they might be returned to the sacred flame and become one with their comrades in death. She is by nature shy, and easily frightened, yet her life has been one of constant struggle and the horrors of Beledar's Shadow - as a result she seems cold, and sometimes standoffish, though the bravery in her heart shines brightly through the Sacred Lantern that is rarely far from her side.
Sandavri
Ancient by anyone's count, Sandavri remembers the sunlight across the dappled flora of Argus, and the temples of learning and arcane ingenuity that once covered her world. As an Augari Consul, she was at the cutting edge of the arcane, helping in the production of shielding technology, and deeply functional spellcrafting to benefit Eredar society.Reluctantly fleeing Argus with her husband, she became Draenei - though it is a name that has never resonated with her.
Though she finds herself without a home for a second time, travelling the endless seas of the Nether in search of adventure (or perhaps simply a reason for continued existence), she refused to embrace the idea of being 'an exiled one'.It's a good thing there are endless quantities of alien intoxicants and Alcohols in the endless worlds of the great dark, to help her maintain her paradoxical and tragic self-image.
Feliszeth
When the Dracthyr were created, it was for once purpose: War. Yet in order to create the ultimate army, they were also created with the ability to show empathy, to motivate them for self preservation, and comradeship. Some were given great powers of leadership and support - magics that allow them to protect and bolster their allies. Feliszeth is one such creature.Though she serves as a lieutenant and a proficient soldier, her passion lies in kinship, and in the world that is, to her, an open book waiting to be read. Her innate tie to the earth, to Azeroth itself, has led her to find joy in the minerals and stones that adorn its crust, and she will talk for hours about the intricate details of each exciting unique formation of stones or minerals that she finds.
The Avonbrook Family
Mara Avonbrook
A sheltered but engaged young lady, Mara has left her childhood home in search of new adventures, and tutilige in the arcane arts - something that is otherwise looked down upon by the rest of the family. Her enthusiasm for this new craft, and the new friends she has made in the Kirin Tor Vanguard, is boundless, and carries her into the world with (sometimes alarming) positivity.Using the ancient Vrykul staff, Sûl'dóru, which she found locked in a strange attic room of Willowbark Estate, Mara specializes in Conjuration - using her budding skills as a mage to bring forth arcane constructs of various animals and storybook creatures to protect herself; and sometimes, to complete menial tasks when she just doesn't have the energy.
Taro Avonbrook
Following the abandonment of the family by Aranict's mother, Marianne Avonbrook, and subsequent removal of her line from the dark inheritance that would otherwise have blighted her daughter, the duty of Thornspeaker training fell instead to Taro Avonbrook. She is dutiful but free-sprited, taking to the druidic teaching of the Thornspeakers like a fish to water, and with as much subtly beauty and skill. Taro is a wild soul, never happy in one place for overlong, and often uncomfortable in the confines of 'civilized life'. She is a master healer, and trades in unguants and ointments - which are often rendered from animal fats and complex herbal composites, meaning that her pouches always carry a faint but noticable stench.
Leralis Bitterspring
Born into a long line of lowborn Kaldorei military nobles, Lera Bitterspring was raised to serve the Empire as a soldier and officer, and through her family’s influence was posted to Eldre’thalas as a guard captain. Trapped within the city after the Sundering, her youthful enthusiasm gave way to centuries of stagnation and disillusionment, her bitterness eventually matching her family name.Sustained by the fel-infused magic of the Shen’dralar yet resentful of what they had become, she deserted rather than take part in the culling of the populace, wandering the outside world as a mercenary. Cold, driven, and weary, she endures with spell and steel alike, searching for fragments of her lost family line while sustaining both herself and the legacy of Bitterspring.
Karosira
A lead archivist with the Kirin Tor Curators, Karosira, known to most in Dalaran as Karo Evenleaf, is an ever-inquisitive young (by dragon standards) green drake - and most importantly, Librarian. She has existed in Dalaran in various guises for centuries, guarding the archives under the central library known as 'The Stacks', along with all its wild and untamed tomes and disorganised sorting systems. When the city fell, she saved what she could with the help of her assistant, the magical artefact known as 'The Ledger' - an animated tome with a defiant but possessive personality, that helps keep track of the seemingly infinite texts of The Stacks. For more information, see the Dalaran Library Index document here.
Antagonists and Villains
Guinevere Dubois
Dalaran has seen many mages rise to both the position of legendary heroes of Azeroth and infamous villains over the years. In the case of Guinevere Dubois, aiming for the former led her to becoming the latter.Desire for a 'Stronger Dalaran, a safer Dalaran' took her down the path of populist authoritarianism, as she persued an agenda of 'Dalaran for the Kirin Tor', to the exclusion of all other factions and non-human or elven races. Using her criminal alias 'The Philanthropist' to create a series of false-flag attacks and custom terror threats against the city, she came close to instituting her reigime. Though eventually defeated by the Kirin Tor Intelligence Agency, and placed securely in the Violet Hold, her sense of self-righteousness has not dimmed. Now free once again with the Fall of the city, her Timelost Crown of the Conclave returned and with it the full extent of her powers, Guinevere plots her revenge against both the forces of the Void, and against those who halted her plans.
'Pithy'
A tragic creature, the woman who came to be known only as 'Pithy' was the result of Void-based experimentation by the Matron Amadei Ward - a cult leader hell-bent on mastery of the physical form through mutation and corruption.Originally a half-elf farmer's daughter from Westfall, she had once dreamed of being a dancer. As an assassin of Matron Ward's cult, she stepped a dance of a deadlier kind, though was eventually freed from her control by the Kirin Tor Intelligence Agency.Lacking purpose, she was manipulated, and given a role as part of Guinevere Dubois' network, and continues to work as a spy and informant for Ms Dubois to this day.She views Thalladrin Manashriek as a sort of adoptive uncle, and Julianna Ward, the daughter of Matron Ward, as a close sibling - often reporting on Guinevere's activities to both.
